Personal Training - E Fitness Studio

Elswick Chiropractic & Associates is introducing a new concept in patient care - E Fitness Studio. During the past 21 years of providing chiropractic care, we have found a need for a strengthening component to our care. After experiencing pain relief through chiropractic treatments, our patients can benefit from a customized strengthening program designed to stabilize the core muscles of the spine. Our goal is preventing re-injury. Each patient's condition is unique and requires a definitive and specific approach to strengthening. E Fitness Studio is our solution to meet. We offer:

Rehabilitation Therapy
For patients requiring rehabilitation, a program designed and monitored by an exercise physiologist may be suggested. This program, The Core Fitness System by MedX, would incorporate state-of-the-art exercise equipment designed by the University of Florida to target the core muscles of the spine.

Rehabilitation Therapy may be reimbursable through your insurance carrier. We will pre-certify your treatment and bill your insurance carrier. Co-payment or co-insurance would apply in accordance with your policy.

Personal Training
Rob Gentry, degreed in exercise science, will create a customized and individually supervised exercise program for you. This may include exercises designed specifically for a patient's spinal condition or strength training for overall health. Individuals or work-out partners are welcome.

Individual Training Sessions:

• Six one hour sessions = $270.00
• Twelve one hour sessions = $468.00
• Twenty-four one hour sessions = $840.00

Training for Two:

• Six one hour sessions = $210.00 per person
• Twelve one hour sessions = $360.00 per person
• Twenty-four one hour sessions = $600.00 per person

Monthly Memberships
For individuals desiring ongoing exercise and fitness, we offer monthly memberships. This would access to cardio and weight training equipment as well as the MedX rehabilitation equipment.

• $29.00 per month (debit to checking or credit card)
• $319.00 per year
