As a service to all of our current and prospective patients, our staff will contact your carrier in an effort to define your insurance coverage for all treatment in our office, so that you can be fully informed as to your financial obligations when choosing to treat in our office. You can simply call our office at 859-273-8111 and speak to our insurance department if you would like for us to contact your insurance company regarding your coverage for chiropractic care.

Facility
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. Our facility is a 5,600 square foot, two story building that houses the practices of Elswick Chiropractic & Associates PSC, Therapeutic Massage, and Fitness Plus Personal Training. Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
